Voice Carry Over to Voice Carry Over (VCO to VCO) is a service that can be used when both parties are Deaf or hearing impaired and prefer to use their own voice. It allows both parties to talk directly to one another and the responses, typed by the RA, can be read by both parties on the TTY.
