Register for a Calling Card
- When you register, the NZ Relay call centre stores your user preferences in a database. Registration is confidential and your personal information will not be shared with anyone outside of NZ Relay.
- You will need to choose a username and password when you register. Each time you place a chargeable call through NZ Relay, a Relay Assistant (RA) will ask for your username and access your calling preferences from the database. This process saves you time and allows the RA to process your calls more quickly and accurately.
- You will need a valid calling card before you can make a chargeable call.

You can download the registration form from the menu in the left. Print this form, complete and post it to:
